I earned my BA from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. I majored in speech communication and minored in French. I also completed a 250-hour coaching program wiith Coach U.
Since 2001 I have been involved in running the Rocky Mt. Masters Ski Series — one of eight masters-level ski racing divisions with the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA). Every race season, from December through mid-April, I am coordinating race registration and membership communications. I attend all the division races (24 of them), conducting race-day registration and being involved in various aspects of timing, officiating, and communication.
